Apaña Landscapes Program, launched in 2021, aims to create a broad and connected community in the privileged south side of La Paz, addressing the growing demand from families seeking an accessible, high-quality environment. Located in an area with spectacular views of the Valle de las Ánimas and Mururata, this project offers a more temperate climate and an enviable natural setting. Beyond providing homes, Apaña is emerging as one of the most promising areas, blending the tranquility of nature with proximity to the dynamic and developed southern zone of the city.

The Dignified Transitional Housing Program, in partnership with the Municipal Government of La Paz, aims to improve the conditions of the shelter in Alto Obrajes by supporting people experiencing homelessness, many of whom have struggled with substance or alcohol issues. This project seeks to reorganize the shelter, enhance its facilities, and create dignified spaces. Additionally, practical workshops such as sewing, gastronomy, finance, and health will be implemented, offering official certification to facilitate the residents' reintegration into society and their inclusion in the labor market.

The “Tu Primera Vivienda” Program emerged during the pandemic as a response to the urgent need for many Bolivian families to access their own safe and secure housing. Inspired by the success of the "Find Your First Home" Program in Ventilla - El Alto, this initiative offers affordable housing solutions to families who otherwise wouldn’t be able to obtain their first home. In the context of the health and economic crisis, the program has proven to be an effective solution to reduce inequalities and improve families' quality of life, fostering more stable and resilient communities. With its continued expansion, it aims to transform the lives of even more families in Bolivia, providing them with a safer and more prosperous future.

The "Bye Bye Chagas" Program transformed the lives of 350 people in Mizque, Cochabamba, by replacing their precarious adobe homes, prone to Chagas disease, with safe brick houses. From its inception in 2015 to its completion in 2018, this project, fully funded by The Fuller Center for Housing Bolivia in collaboration with New Story Charity, not only built 66 homes but also eradicated the disease in the community, providing families with a dignified and healthy environment to live in.
